This is a remote role. As a (SME Grant Specialist), you will support the Capital Gain Advisory in Malaysia and Singapore by assisting with research, administrative operations, grant submissions, and coordination between grant offices.
You will need to be fluent in English and be able to converse via phone calls to grant offices.
Candidates preferably with Law or Accounting background are welcome to apply.
Conduct research on relevant regulations, market trends, and industry updates to support advisory work.
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and record management.
Assist with the preparation and submission of applications, forms, and supporting documentation to relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients, partners, and internal team members.
Track project timelines and maintain accurate records of submissions and correspondence.
Support the team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
