Field Maintenance Administrator (Offshore)
We are currently seeking a Field Maintenance Administrator (Offshore) to join our team. If you are experienced and passionate about contributing in the sector, we encourage you to apply.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum D3 or equivalent in a relevant field, preferably Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in maintenance or the oil and gas industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Familiar with Microsoft Access, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work collaboratively.
- Willing to work offshore.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports, including SKK Migas reporting.
- Manage maintenance notifications, Work Orders (WO), and TECO in SAP.
- Monitor spare parts, materials, and equipment movements, including items under repair.
- Maintain maintenance databases and prepare Central Maintenance performance dashboards.
- Support RKM submission and administration.
