Administration & Recruitment Specialist
Nord Minerals provides complete full-lifecycle technological solutions for the mining, metallurgical and chemical industries. This role combines administrative operations with HR and recruitment functions within the Jakarta office.
Key responsibilities- Execute daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth and efficient office operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Support the scheduling and organisation of appointments, meetings and events
- Process employee travel requests accurately and in accordance with company procedures
- Coordinate and support HR operations within the Indonesian entity, primarily in talent acquisition and onboarding
- Manage HR documentation and electronic files, and maintain relevant reports and analytics
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection of candidates
- Organise and deliver a high-quality onboarding process for new employees
- 2–3 years of experience in an in-house recruitment role or recruitment agency
- Experience in administrative roles and travel support
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labour law
- Experience working in a culturally diverse and internationally oriented environment is preferable
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
