Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration
Lead the Admin, Technical Writer, and Project Control teams to keep projects organized, well documented, and on track.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate Admin, Technical Writer, and Project Control teams.
Plan and track project schedules, milestones, and reporting needs.
Keep project records organized, including documents, meeting notes, correspondence, and follow‑up actions.
Oversee technical documents, including reports, procedures, user guides, and handover documents.
Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; flag delays and blockers early.
Provide accurate, timely project status reports.
Coordinate with Project Managers, technical teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.
Ensure work and documentation follow project standards and procedures.
Improve administration, documentation, and project control processes.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing or coordinating projects.
Experience leading a team or coordinating project administration, documentation, and project control.
Understanding of project life cycles, scheduling, progress reporting, risks, issues, and change management.
Ability to write and review clear, well‑structured project documents and reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage priorities and deadlines.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. English skills are a plus.
Familiar with business processes and work environments in the telecommunications (telco) industry
