• Provide regular updates and reports to the Business and Operations PIC regarding the Expansion Project.
• Collaborate closely with regional teams to follow up on location sourcing and selection.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Team to conduct site surveys for English Academy centers.
• Update, coordinate, and oversee all legal and licensing procedures related to expansion.
• Monitor and manage the bidding process for the renovation of English Academy centers.
• Supervise and ensure timely execution of renovation works at English Academy centers.
• Procure, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of assets and furniture for new English Academy centers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, with basic to advanced level.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to process multiple information streams and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn, share knowledge, and collaborate effectively with team members.
