Product Manager - Food Category

This is a Product Management role focused on driving commercial performance of assigned products, including sales, revenue, profitability, market share, and SKU performance. You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product development and commercialization through launch, market execution, and portfolio optimization.

Key responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product development and commercialization through launch, market execution, and portfolio optimization

Lead product launch and commercialization execution, ensuring clear timelines, readiness, and alignment across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing

Own product forecasting and business planning, including demand forecasts, business cases, pricing, and commercial projections to support business decisions

Optimize product portfolio and market performance by analyzing sales, profitability, market, consumer, competitor, and operational data, and recommending actions such as SKU optimization, pricing changes, or product improvements

Ensure strong product and brand execution in the market, using brand and consumer understanding to guide product decisions while driving cross-functional execution, resolving operational issues, and delivering agreed business objectives

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Brand Management, or FMCG/food industry

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies

Experience conducting market research and consumer insight analysis

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and financial data

Knowledge of food industry regulations, product development, and commercialization processes

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
