Business Analyst & Strategist Associate

You are expected to be able to:

• Strategic Support: Assist senior management in driving business strategy and developing long-term implementation plans.
• Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market landscapes, with a specific focus on financial services and infrastructure sectors.
• Product Origination: Synthesize product origination strategies & supporting research.
• High-Impact Delivery: Produce comprehensive reports and deliverables within project timelines of 4–6 weeks.

• Bachelor’s graduate (S1) in a relevant field.
• Experience up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel modeling and financial analysis.
• Ability to create high-quality, "consulting-style" PowerPoint decks and reports.
• Strong understanding of business processes and financial fundamentals.
• Strong ownership of tasks, aptitude for working independently, organizational experience (internal/external campus), and a professional work ethic.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of the financial services & infrastructure sectors or prior experience in consulting.
