We are looking for a Commercial Planning Analyst to support sales performance monitoring and reporting for our FMCG industry client. This role involves transforming raw distributor data into standardized reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and deliver weekly reports by transforming raw distributor data into the company's standardized reporting format
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect, validate, and provide required data in a timely manner
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness before reports are submitted or shared
Support ad‑hoc data requests and analysis as required by the business
About you
Bachelor's degree (S1), any relevant field
1–2 years of hands‑on experience using Excel, with strong proficiency in formulas and functions such as IF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
1–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry
Experience creating and managing monitoring reports, particularly for sales performance and program tracking
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Able to communicate effectively in English
Strong file organization and management skills
Able to work independently, manage recurring reporting deadlines, and prioritize multiple data requests
