Reporting Lead

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and delivery of periodic performance reports for the CTO Office, including operational, network, project, and service performance indicators.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by validating performance data from related systems, teams, and reporting sources.
• Analyze performance trends, identify gaps or risks, and provide recommendations for improvement, corrective actions, and follow-up initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams within CTO Office and related departments to collect input, align reporting definitions, and track progress against agreed targets.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentation materials, and performance review packs for weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management meetings.
• Support reporting governance by standardizing templates, metric definitions, reporting timelines, and escalation mechanisms.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of manual reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance reporting quality.
