Senior Quantity Surveyor; QS​/Quantity Surveyor Manager

Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Quantity Surveyor Manager - Jakarta

Lead and manage project costs for interior design and fit-out projects, including budgeting and cost planning.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders, and oversee project expenditure tracking.

Implement effective cost control measures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Conduct value engineering exercises while maintaining design intent and quality standards.

Identify cost and financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Prepare and present financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure materials, workmanship, and project deliverables meet required quality standards.

Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, consultants, and contractors.

Provide guidance and support to junior QS team members (for Manager level).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, preferably in interior design or fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, contracts, and cost management practices.

Proficient in cost estimation and project management software.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills.

Good understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Professional certification (e.g. MRICS) is an advantage.
