Senior Supervisor Estimator Civil Contruction Project; HO

Qualifications

Have a minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering (No QS)

Have a minimum 3 years at the same position

Good understanding and ability about Civil Estimate, have an ability of MEP and HVAC is a plus

Good ability on Ms. Office, Autocad, and Sketchup

Good understanding on civil, also an ability to establishing Technical Drawing

Detail oriented, fast-learner, and team player

Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

Identify the costs and managing the budget of a store project from outset to completion

Select, price and source construction materials

Prepare the tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

Monitor and control costs throughout the project

Coordinate with internal team and external team (Contractor, Consultant and Vendor)
