Kualifikasi- Menganalisis Dokumen Teknis:
Mempelajari gambar kerja (blue print), spesifikasi teknis, dan persyaratan kontrak. - Perhitungan Volume (Take-off):
Menghitung kebutuhan material, alat, dan tenaga kerja berdasarkan gambar. - Penyusunan RAB & BQ:
Membuat Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan Bill of Quantities (BQ) yang detail. - Analisa Harga Satuan (AHS):
Menghitung harga dasar material dan upah kerja. - Survey Harga:
Mencari harga penawaran terbaik dari pemasok (supplier) dan subkontraktor. - Penyusunan Berkas Tender:
Membantu menyusun proposal penawaran harga kepada klien - Monitoring Anggaran:
Memantau realisasi biaya lapangan agar sesuai anggaran yang disetujui. - Manajemen Perubahan:
Menghitung biaya tambahan (variation order) jika ada perubahan desain atau material. - Opname Lapangan:
Membuat opname pekerjaan subkontraktor dan mandor.
