Site Supervisor; Project

As a SIte Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operational management at our project site. You will oversee all aspects of the work, ensuring quality and safety and keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

• Overseeing all activities and work at the project site to ensure compliance with the project plan and schedule.
• Determining the workforce and other resource requirements for the project and efficiently managing resource allocation.
• Ensuring the quality of work meets established standards and monitoring the progress of work regularly.
• Have the ability to manage workers on-site, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders starting from clients, landlords, etc.
• Communicating effectively with the project team, stakeholders, and management regarding the project’s progress and emerging issues.
• Make daily reports and send all on-site work reports.
• Work closely with the Project Coordinator, Project Manager in developing detailed design drawings and Project Timelines.
• Performing KYB tests with our contractor partners.

• High-school graduate or equivalent or a related field and relevant work experience is a plus
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in construction industry
• Previous experiences as a Site Supervisor or related positions and familiar with fit-out procedures or Interior/Civil Project
• Proficiency in project management tools and related software is a plus
• Good communication skills and the ability to adapt to various stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, processes, and safety standards
• Result oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Used to handling various projects at the same time
