- Monitor the projects overall progress and adjust as necessary.
- Supervise the activities of contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and other project personnel.
- Coordinate tasks and communication among all team members involved in the project.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor the construction or project work for quality, ensuring that it meets the required standard sand specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
- Oversee the proper use and management of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure that all materials and resources are available and usedefficiently throughout the project.
- Update daily reports to reflect the status of the project, including any changes or issues.
- Identify potential risks or delays in the project and implement solutions to minimize their impact.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to avoid accidents and ensure compliance with health andsafety regulations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates and addressingconcerns.
- Assist in meetings with clients to ensure project expectations and requirements are met.
