- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of construction work experience, with exposure to estimating
- 7-10 years in a supporting role within Estimation, preferably in the region
- Construction, mining, or oil and gas experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CATS or other estimation software preferred
- Familiarity with planning software is an asset
- Assist in preparing accurate tenders and proposals to meet company policies and objectives; support the Estimating team in coordinating tender submissions and refining estimating systems.
- Assist in managing estimating processes to ensure best practices and up-to-date tools are used.
- Assist in identifying and assessing risks and opportunities in proposal pricing; help prepare information for tender review and obtain necessary approvals from the General Manager and Managing Director.
- Coordinate and manage databases related to tender submissions.
