MEP Inspector

Job opportunity for MEP Inspector at Regent Residential in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Oversee and inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations at construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and applicable standards.
• Identify and rectify non‑compliance issues during construction and fit‑out phases, and develop solutions to address problems.
• Coordinate with project teams, building managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems with other construction components.
• Ensure project documentation, such as technical drawings, specifications, and inspection records, are complete and accurate.
• Provide training and guidance to construction teams on best practices for installing and maintaining MEP systems.
• Monitor work progress, identify areas requiring special attention, and prepare regular progress reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as MEP Inspector or similar role on high‑rise or strata title building construction projects.
• Strong understanding of work drawings (shop drawings, as‑built drawings), codes, standards, and regulations applicable to MEP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on holidays or public holidays.
• Proficiency with inspection and documentation software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
