The Estimator will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimation, and tender submissions for construction projects. This role plays a critical part in evaluating project costs, analyzing technical requirements, and ensuring competitive and accurate tender proposals aligned with project specifications and commercial objectives.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and project scope.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of cost estimates.
• Support tender preparation and submission processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Clarify cost assumptions, inclusions, and exclusions.
• Maintain and update historical cost data.
• Develop cost benchmarks for future projects.
• Continuously improve estimation methodologies and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in estimation, tendering, or pre-sales within the construction or MEP industry.
• Familiarity with MEP systems and Data Center projects is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
