ME&IP Operation Manager - Construction (High Rise Building) - Jakarta (B-129721)

Our client is a Construction (Home Building, High-risk building) company. Currently, they are looking for an ME & IP Operation Manager.

• Lead and manage all MEP operations across multiple construction projects, including mobile site assignments.
• Develop and monitor Master Schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee MEP planning, design, execution, and tender estimation processes.
• Review and interpret detailed shop drawings and prepare technical sketches when required.
• Ensure proper selection and utilization of MEP materials, equipment, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide solutions under tight deadlines.
• Ensure all work follows company procedures and Work Instructions (IK).
• Other responsibilities as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Business English proficiency (fluency in communicating with foreigners).
• Min. 5 years as ME&IP Operations Manager for Construction HO, with at least 20 years of experience in construction (specifically min 12 floors high rise building projects), experienced in planning master schedule, design (sketch) & reading (shop drawing), execution, MEP calculations, including tender estimation.
• Skilled and experienced in MEP systems, material, equipment, related software (MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Primavera), HSE, good understanding of IK.
• Willing to be placed in HO and any sites (projects) in Indonesia.
• Stable career.
• Responsible, accountable, good communication and management skill.
