Senior Project Manager​/Project Lead

• Lead stakeholder communication and decision‑making.
• Project Lead day‑to‑day and main point of contact for UOB.
• Ensure integrated delivery by project and cost management team.
• Ensure standard project delivery as per client’s requirement.
• Stakeholder management.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, architecture
• Minimum 15 years of experience.
• Experience in handling banking projects.
• Good command of English.
• Degree qualifications in construction, project management or a similar function.
• Ability to lead large multi‑disciplined construction teams, with excellent leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
