Manager Estimator for Civil Contruction Engineering (HO JAKARTA)

Have a minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering (No QS)

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with at least 10 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor (QS).

Experience in preparing cost estimates (RAB) for high-rise building construction projects, specifically for tender calculations.

Preference given to candidates holding an SKT or SKA certification as a high-rise building engineering expert.

Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, etc.) and AutoCAD (2D/3D) for calculating component quantities for high-rise buildings and infrastructure.

Have a minimum 3 years at the same position

Good understanding and ability about Civil Estimate, have an ability of ENGINEERING MEP and HVAC is a plus

Good ability on Ms. Office, Autocad, and Sketchup

Good understanding on civil, also an ability to establishing Technical Drawing

Detail oriented, fast-learner, and team player

Job Description :

Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

Identify the costs and managing the budget of a store project from outset to completion

Select, price and source construction materials

Prepare the tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

Monitor and control costs throughout the project

Coordinate with internal team and external team (Contractor, Consultant and Vendor )

Study and understand Tender Documents (Tender Drawings, Technical Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Pre-bid Meeting Minutes, etc.).

Conduct site surveys and summarize all discrepancies:

Discrepancies between structural and architectural drawings.

Discrepancies between drawings (structural/architectural) and actual site conditions.

Discrepancies between drawings and the Bill of Quantities (BQ).

Organize and review work items in the BQ according to the work sequence and develop work execution methods.

Accurately and efficiently calculate quantities/volumes for structural and architectural works.

Prepare breakdowns of unit price analyses.

Survey prices for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors required to compile unit price analyses for building and infrastructure projects.
