Project Admin

Support project manager to provide all requirement documents including and not limited to the civil drawings, installation drawings, test & commissioning.

Helping project manager and site coordinator in preparing all document required for carrying out on-site inspection and material receiving.

Working cooperatively with other site subcontractor, follow up administration report, progress, man hour activities and ensuring compliance to all timeframe.

Assisting other contractors with the evaluation of all contract documents and preparing reports for any deficiencies in the project

Complying strictly with safety requirements by ensuring strict adherence to construction and safety regulations

Documenting all site activities

Qualifications:

Preferably have bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.

Experience in construction project as project admin and site document control minimum 1 year

Computer literacy to be able to keep accurate record of site activities, and have good knowledge to operate the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and more preferable able to operate minimum basic Autocad for small as-built modification drawings if needed.

Willing to be placed in Cilandak, South Jakarta
