Location: Jakarta Selatan
PT Bintoro Sinergi Korpora membuka peluang bagi profesional di bidang estimasi biaya konstruksi. Posisi ini mengutamakan pengalaman sebagai Estimator atau Quantity Surveyor minimal 1 tahun dan lulusan S1 Teknik Sipil atau jurusan terkait.
Kandidat akan membuat RAB dari nol untuk proyek rumah dengan ruang lingkup struktur, arsitektur, dan MEP, serta menghitung volume per item pekerjaan. Pelamar harus mampu membaca denah, melakukan survei lokasi proyek, dan berkomunikasi dengan klien serta tim.
