Our client is a Construction (Steel work, custom interiors, fixed furniture, signage, media placement, and printing solutions
) Company
. Currently, they are looking for Project Manager

Plan, manage, and oversee all stages of project execution including schedule, budget, quality, and human resources.

Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Prepare and monitor the project budget plan, including Bill of Quantities and Budget Estimate.

Lead project progress meetings and prepare periodic reports for management.

Manage project risks and develop mitigation solutions.

Supervise on-site quality of interior works, wall treatments, custom furniture, and signage/branding installations.

Handle project handover processes and manage milestone/progress billing to clients.

Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards across all project sites.

Other responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Minimum Conversational level of English proficiency.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Interior Contractor for interior or fit-out projects.

Experienced in contract management, claims, and tenders for multi-projects.

Familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD, and other related project management tools.

Own SIM A or/and own a Car.

Willingness to travel to project sites across Indonesia.

Possess good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
