About you
Minimum 10 years of experience as Project Manager
S1 degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred)
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Strong leadership qualities and experience managing large-scale projects
Experience in construction, oil & gas, and petrochemical industries
Strong integrity, discipline, and high work motivation
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities
Understanding of workplace safety standards (K3/HSE) in energy and construction industries
Willing to be placed at project locations as needed by the company
Proficiency in industry-specific software
