• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling, specifically with large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in advanced scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequences, and durations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
