Civil Supervisor

Supervise civil contractors delivering buildings, roads, drainage, and supporting mine infrastructure.

Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, material requirements, and cost estimates.

Evaluate contractor quotations for technical compliance, scope completeness, and cost competitiveness.

Monitor construction quality, schedules, budgets, and compliance with HSE requirements.

Conduct joint measurements and verify work progress, variations, and contractor payment claims.

Coordinate civil infrastructure maintenance and repairs with relevant departments.

Report project progress, costs, and risks, and follow up on corrective actions and handover requirements.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in mining infrastructure; nickel mining exposure preferred.

Strong skills in cost estimation, quantity measurement, and contractor supervision.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

Strong integrity, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving skills.

Willing to work at a remote mine site on a roster basis.
