- Ensure and conduct inspections of fire protection equipment and emergency preparedness.
- Conduct HSE inductions and routine inspections for internal works and fit-out activities.
- Ensure all equipment and permits/licenses are valid and up to date.
- Prepare and ensure the implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for high-risk activities.
- Ensure all work activities and requirements comply with HSE standards and regulations.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate HSE training programs for all employees.

- Minimum Associate Degree in HSE/Environmental Engineering/Public Health.
- Possess a valid AK3 Umum (General Occupational Safety and Health) certification.
- Proven experience working in high-rise buildings.
- Good understanding of internal and external HSE-related administration and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess relevant HSE certifications.
