• Blend Creation:
  Develop and fine-tune tea blends to cater to various preferences and customer segments.
• Production Oversight:
  Ensure the availability of quality ingredients and manage inventory for tea production.
• Precision Recipes:
  Create accurate blending recipes, considering factors like ingredient ratios, steeping times, and temperatures.
• Quality Assurance:
  Monitor and maintain consistency in flavor, aroma, and visual presentation to uphold high-quality standards.
• Refinement & Innovation:
  Continuously test and improve blends while exploring new ingredients and techniques for creating distinctive flavors.
• Team Training:
  Train internal teams on proper blending techniques and processes.
