Senior Graphic Designer; Motion Design

Kopi Kenangan is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to support social, digital, and motion design; design outputs will be for our Malaysia and Singapore markets.

Working closely with our regional creative team in Malaysia, you will turn culturally relevant trends into high-performing brand assets. The pace is fast, the energy is high, and the creative freedom is real.

• Experience: 5+ years in graphic/digital design within a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Tool Mastery: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus practical tools like Canva and Cap Cut.
• AI Savvy: Demonstrated ability to use AI as a practical creative accelerator.
• Culture-Obsessed: Chronically online with a deep understanding of social trends, formats, and memes.
• Mindset: Strong commercial sense, comfortable with ambiguity, open to feedback, and f
  luent in English.
• Prior exposure to Malaysia or Singapore culture will be a value-add.

• Drive Visuals: Hands-on digital, social media, and motion design projects from brief to final delivery.
• Capitalize on Trends: Create fresh, culturally relevant campaign visuals and social-first content that capture internet culture.
• Leverage Next-Gen Tools: Integrate AI tools into your workflow for ideation, asset creation, and post-production.
• Collaborate Regionally: Partner with Head of Regional Creative based in Malaysia, and cross-functional teams in marketing and R&D.
• Mentor & Guide: Direct and support junior designers to maintain consistent brand quality across all touchpoints.
