Creative Graphic Designer; WFO

This is a graphic design position focused on creating engaging visual content across social media, e-commerce, and brand platforms. You will translate creative briefs into compelling designs for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other digital channels, while maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

Translate creative briefs, concepts, and visual strategies into engaging social media content

Design visuals for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other communication platforms

Create templates for reels, carousels, feed posts, stories, and campaign materials with consistent branding

Design banners, catalogues, product thumbnails, promo posters, and other assets for Shopee, Tokopedia, and brand websites

Assist with product uploads, bundling visuals, and promo campaign assets

Ensure all content aligns with brand visual identity and guidelines across every touchpoint

Work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure outputs align with campaign goals and timelines

Maintain organized files, templates, and brand assets to support efficient production workflows

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art, or a related creative field

1–2 years of graphic design experience, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods (fresh graduates are welcome)

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Motion/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a must

Strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate briefs into beautiful, functional designs

Passion for lifestyle, storytelling, and visual innovation

Basic photography and videography skills are a plus

Able to collaborate, take feedback, and iterate designs effectively

Positive attitude, team player, and able to start immediately
