To develop, and lead the Sales activities and support the technical service activities to achieve financial targets and profitability and grow our market share.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure smooth communication between sales team, customers, logistic, and internal departments.
- Monitor customer purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and monthly performance summaries.
- Follow up outstanding orders, payment status, and customer inquiries.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain accurate sales data and customer records in the system.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Compile and summarize customers’ weekly inventory goods reports.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or related role.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work under pressure and handle fast-paced working environments.
- Basic customer service experience is acceptable.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
