Qualifications
- High proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prepare and manage Sea Freight Transportation Agreements (SPAL).
- Coordinate with the FAT Department for timely and accurate invoice issuance.
- Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate vessel operational updates, schedule changes, and service disruptions to customers.
- Follow up on outstanding and overdue customer payments.
