- Mengelola dan maintain customer
- Melakukan follow up (WA/telepon), handle chat & komplain
- Mengelola database customer, menjalankan program promo/CRM
- Melakukan upselling untuk meningkatkan repeat order, serta membuat laporan aktivitas customer.
- Min. SMA/SMK, berpengalaman di CRM
- Komunikatif & problem solving baik, terbiasa menggunakan WA & Excel/Google Sheets,
- Teliti, target oriented,
- Serta bersedia training di Serpong dan ditempatkan di Jakarta Barat (disediakan mess)
