- Mengawasi operasional tim Customer Service pada layanan cash management
- Memastikan seluruh proses layanan cash handling berjalan sesuai SOP
- Menangani eskalasi keluhan pelanggan terkait cash management
- Memastikan akurasi data transaksi, rekonsiliasi, dan laporan kas
- Monitoring proses cash in, cash out, dan settlement harian
- Koordinasi dengan tim operasional, cabang, dan pihak terkait (bank/klien)
- Melakukan review dan validasi laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan
- Memberikan arahan, coaching, dan evaluasi kinerja tim CS
- Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan potensi risiko operasional cash
- Membuat laporan performa layanan dan issue operasional kepada manajemen.
