Mekari, Indonesia's leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, is looking for individuals who can enhance our customer support efforts. As part of your role, you will coordinate with the Customer Support Team and other commercial stakeholders to address customer complaints and provide effective solutions. You will also collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to tackle product-related issues.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Accounting, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in English. Knowledge of Accounting Software and MySQL is a plus.
