Job opportunity for Customer Service Staff - Fintech at PT Dana Pinjaman Inklusif (Pinjaman Go) in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

• Minimum education of bachelor's degree.
• Have work experience as customer service in finance technology, or P2P lending.
• Have basic knowledge of P2P lending products and regulations, including supervision by OJK.
• Skilled in using CRM applications, email, and other communication tools.
• Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build good relationships with customers.
• Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Understand the importance of customer data confidentiality.
• Have integrity and comply with the rules and guidelines set by OJK and the company.
• Able to work in a team or independently.

• Answer questions and provide information to users regarding P2P lending products, services, and processes clearly and accurately.
• Identify, resolve, and record customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide education to customers regarding applicable regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
• Assist customers in filling out forms, updating data, or completing processes related to loan or investment applications.
• Report problems or potential risks that arise from interactions with customers to the relevant team for follow-up.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their needs in a timely manner and in accordance with established service standards.
