Responsibilities- Handle user inquiries and complaints through live chat, phone, and email
- Ensure user satisfaction through feedback and solutions
- Inform users of website maintenance or any problems that occur
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle complaints and other inquiries
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Customer Support or related fields; fresh graduates from all majors are welcome to apply
- Experience in handling user inquiries and complaints through live chat is a plus
- People-oriented, proactive, and communicative
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good personality
