Responsibilities
- Menangani komplain yang masuk
- Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan ASC (Authorized Service Center)
- Membuat rekap komplain
- Mengatur jadwal kunjungan teknisi
- Membuat laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh kantor sehubungan dengan data after sales
- Membina hubungan yang baik dengan teknisi-teknisi baik internal maupun eksternal
- Minimal D3 / S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman dibidang customer service / admin service minimal 1 tahun
- Terbiasa untuk menangani komplain dari customer
- Memiliki motivasi tinggi dan dapat bekerja dengan tim
- Teliti dan service-oriented
- Menguasai komputer & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
