Travel Consultant Executive

Job opportunity for Travel Consultant Executive at Umawar Investment Group in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, understands fare rules, has strong destination knowledge, and can manage travel arrangements efficiently.

• Provide travel consultation and itinerary planning for clients.
• Make flight, hotel, and transportation reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all bookings follow airline fare rules and company policies.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel documents, and destination information.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and reissuance of tickets when required.
• Maintain excellent customer service and timely communication.
• Use GDS to search and book travel products (experience is a plus).
• Prepare reports, proposals, and client presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• 1-3 years of experience in travel consulting or a related role.
• Strong understanding of fare rules and travel industry practices.
• Good destination knowledge and attention to detail.
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Based in or willing to work from Jakarta, Indonesia.
