- 4. Pengalaman Kerja minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di call center inbound dan outbound
- 5. Terbiasa menggunakan sistem
- 6. Komunikasi lancar, tidak ada logat atau dialek
- 7. Bisa berbicara Bahasa Inggris (Aktif)
- 8. Siap bekerja secara shifting (termasuk Hari Libur Nasional dan Hari Raya)
- 9. Penempatan di area Jakarta Pusat
