- - Preferably has experience in call center or customer service
- - fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Basic English for Non Phone.

- Phone.
- - Able to operate Ms. Office or Google Workspace
- - Typing skill with WPM score 40
- - Are monitored during operation phase:
- - No critical defect in the last 6 months
- - Passed the training test (score min 85%)
- - Never made any mistakes regarding data sharing and there were no findings
- of any fraud (through background checking).
