• Communicate with customers via email, live chat, and phone (inbound/outbound).
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Perform data entry in various platforms and collaborate on projects to improve support tools and processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from any major.
• Minimum GPA 2.75.
• Experience in Customer Service preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Excellent English skills (speaking, writing, listening, and reading) with a minimum score of C1 (will be tested during recruitment).
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused.
• Good time management.
• Willing to work in shift schedule.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

• Review customer complaints and understand the issue using internal tools and external resources.
• Provide customers with a final response in a timely manner.
• Write final responses to complaints.
• Understand procedures and policies and stay updated on changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Effectively manage and prioritize workload autonomously, with strong capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus, quality, and meeting deadlines.
