Location: Jakarta Barat
- Acquire new customers by offering courier and delivery services through email, phone calls, or face-to-face meetings, and conduct follow-ups when necessary.
- Prepare supporting documents for Partnership Agreements (PKS), manage the agreement process until completion, and handle agreement renewals before expiration.
- Develop client SOPs and communicate them effectively to agents.
- Coordinate the initial pickup process by attending in person or through phone calls or messaging platforms.
- Notify the Sprinter Coordinator whenever a VIP client schedules a pickup via communication channels such as Whats App or WeChat.
- Prepare daily pickup reports for each customer and submit them to the supervisor.
- Analyze shipment issues and provide solutions or assistance to clients when delivery problems occur.
- Communicate customer VIP regulations and operational requirements to agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
