Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, Customer Support, Client/Customer Relations, Complaint Handling, or other related client-facing roles is preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Preferably has a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM).

Responsibilities :
Manage client bookings and job assignments through the client/partner app, whats
App, phone calls, and email.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints through live chat, email, phone calls, and other channels.
Monitor and follow up on booking, assignment, and service-related issues until resolved.
Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Identify issues, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate when necessary

Maintain accurate records and provide clear information regarding Houzcall services and procedures
