Customer Service Rep, Event Management & Planning, Client Relationship Management
Location: Jakarta Barat
Processing and issuing customer airline tickets and other travel documentation.
Verifying passenger information and ensuring accuracy of all ticketing details.
Up-to-date with changes in ticketing procedures, fare rules, and travel regulations.
Able to handle urgent cancellations, rebookings, and related issues efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to resolve travel disruptions.
Maintain accurate records in the reservation system.
Qualifications:
Familiar with GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, and others).
Ability to work under pressure especially during urgent situations.
Detail-oriented and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Willing to work in
shift schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
