- Welcome and assist international patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
- Provide personalized concierge services before, during, and after hospital visits to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients regarding hospital services, appointments, procedures, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate appointments, admissions, discharges, and follow-up care with physicians and relevant departments.
- Serve as a liaison between international patients and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate clear and effective communication.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries, requests, and concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered service to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Minimum D3/S1 in Hospitality, Healthcare Management, Communication, Languages, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
, both spoken and written. - Previous experience in patient relations, hospital concierge, customer service, hospitality, or international patient services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
. - Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds with professionalism and empathy
. - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and regulations.
- Willing to work in a hospital environment and shift-based schedule
