Create designs, layouts, and working drawings for multiple projects. Responsible for managing the interior design process from concept development to project completion, ensuring alignment with project requirements and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including contractors and vendors, to ensure design execution aligns with project specifications.
- Assist the Interior Design Assistant Manager in interpreting and translating management needs into design proposals that comply with company standards.
- Lead project planning and design implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 2+ years of interior design experience; experience in F&B and retail projects is a plus and supported by a portfolio.
- Proficient in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Self‑motivated, highly initiative‑driven, and able to work well in a team.
- Strong knowledge of interior detailing and furniture; knowledge of MEP design is an advantage.
- Professional integrity, good personality, and creative and innovative thinking skills.
- Well‑organized and detail‑oriented.
