Drafter; Fresh Graduate

The Drafter is responsible for transforming conceptual designs into precise technical drawings. You will create detailed construction drawings for store layouts, equipment installations, and MEP systems, ensuring every blueprint adheres to company standards and project specifications to guide successful project execution.

• Fresh Graduate up to 2 years of working experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing technical drawing sets (Construction Drawings, Detail Drawings, and Site Plans).
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is a must.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Sketch Up for 3D massing and spatial understanding.
• Strong understanding of technical detailing, joinery, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) symbols.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, scaling, and dimensions.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced F&B retail environment and handle multiple revision cycles efficiently.
• Disciplined and organized in maintaining drawing folders and version control.

• Create detailed technical drawings to be used by vendors and contractors for project constructions.
• Convert designer sketches and concepts into accurate, scaled blueprints ready for site execution.
• Modify and update existing drawings based on site survey results or change orders during construction.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company design standards and specific mall/building management requirements.
• Prepare and compile drawing sets for permit submissions and tender processes.
• Coordinate with the Project Designer to ensure technical feasibility of creative concepts.
• Maintain the standard library of drawing blocks and templates to ensure workflow efficiency.
