The Junior Project Designer is responsible for supporting the store design process. This role involves conducting technical site surveys, translating brand concepts into visual representations, and producing high-quality design deliverables that ensure our store projects are both functional and aesthetically aligned with our brand standards.

• Fresh Graduate up to 2 years of working experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing spatial design works (academic projects, internships, or professional work are all welcome).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., Sketch Up, Rhino, or 3ds Max).
• Basic to intermediate skills in rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, V‑Ray, or Lumion).
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and project management software.
• Strong understanding of spatial layouts, material finishes, and technical drawing standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B retail environment and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
• Proactive learner who is open to feedback and excels in a collaborative team setting.

• Support the Project Design team in developing floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations for new and existing stores.
• Prepare comprehensive technical drawing sets for construction, ensuring accuracy in measurements and specifications.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure design implementation during the fit-out process.
• Maintain design consistency across various store formats, from kiosks to flagship locations.
• Support site visits and surveys to review and verify field conditions.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations and Store Development teams to optimize customer flow and aesthetic appeal.
• Contribute innovative design solutions and creative input during project brainstorming sessions.
