A leading defense and aerospace company in Jakarta seeks a Head of Naval Architecture to oversee hull form development and lead design projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in naval architecture, with a strong command of design software and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering is required, and a Master's is preferred. Relocation to Indonesia is necessary.
